Why Am I Banned?

My console has been banned, and I am not sure as to why. My console ID is as follows;

My wife and I only use the console for watching Netflix. My wife recently purchased it this year for Father's Day. It was working fine earlier today (August 4th, 2017) and when I came home after work and turned it on the ban notification
popped up. I have never done anything other than played a couple of games (Not Online) or anything that would have to do with interacting with people online. Could someone please help me with why this is happening? I called the support line and they referred
me to the forums. I have had this account and Gamertag for over 10 years. Please help.

Why am I not yet shown on the in-game Leaderboards?

I want to compete with some friends for highest scores on the in-game Leaderboards, but the game just tells me I have to play the game in order to be ranked. Errr, I've completed the Hard guitar tour already.

The only person on my friends list that shows up (and many have played the game) is Guns LotsOfGuns.

What do I have to do to get the flipping Leaderboards to work!?

GH2 - they worked but couldn't be sorted by difficulty level so we couldn't battle for bragging rights on Hard/Expert if we couldn't achieve the same sort of scores as Medium.

GH3 - utterly and fundamentally broken and thus completely useless in game, as far as I was concerned. They didn't show everybody, the filters didn't seem to work, scrolling up/down would change who was shown. We never used them.

Rock Band - I'm not listed and I can't see my friends.

Why are Leaderboards apparently so difficult to implement properly!

Having the same problem myself, finished the drums and guitar tour on medium and nothing on the leaderboards. :thumbsdow

 

Device bans are issued for especially serious (or repeat) Code of Conduct violations. Microsoft does not disclose the exact reason for banning a console.

Anything related to suspensions are dealt with by Xbox Enforcement, a separate department from Xbox Support.

The Enforcement team does not post on the forums, nor does anyone else here have access to any suspension records. The forum is unfortunately unable to help you any further (despite how often Support agents direct people to post
here about ban issues).
