    I want to know why I'm banned apparently I was banned for valgaur language but that can't be the case because my head set to communicate doesn't work so no one can hear me so they must be false reports my gamer tag is and my email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***
    I request that you unbanned me because I have had false complaints filled on me

    Why was i banned?

    "The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:

    - offering to trade Xbox LIVE or in-game services for Microsoft Points or money"

    It doesn't say SCAMMING. It says TRADE.

    " I was selling legit codes i got from a rewards program on a site."

    Selling is TRADING. You were trading your "Legit codes" and you got banned for it. Simple as that.

    Read the E-mail a few more times before posting here next time. Thanks.

    WHY AM I BANNED?

    Do NOT ring phone support in regards to this issue. They do not handle policy enforcement so it would be a waste of your time and the agents time. If you would like an official reason for your ban you will need to post in the
    following forum:

    At a quick glance your profile has Code of Conduct in all the fields, that usually happens when you have content in your profile that violates the XBL Terms of Service/Code of Conduct.



    The XBL PET do not hand out enforcement action unless they have 100% proof. Just post in the link above and be patient for an answer.
