Why am I banned?

This is unbelievable! I've been on xbox 8 years and only been banned once previously. I'm currently banned and the funny thing is they haven't even told me how long I'm banned for, so I'm just sitting checking everyday to see if my account still has a ban.
It's honestly ridiculous that they don't have a way too contact the people who ban your account, that is absolutely insane too me. I am also NEVER talking in game chat and I've have only sent one slightly offensive message recently and it really isn't even
that much of an insult. I just can't get over the fact that they have suspended my account which I've had for 8 years and spent and spent easily in the tens of thousands on and they can't even give the basic information on the ban which they inflicted. I've
recently been playing rainbow 6 siege and I can guarantee that is the reason why I got this ban, as the same thing happened to my friend a few weeks ago on gears of war. I just can't under the point in having all of these settings for younger people and also
things like mute, block communications, in game mute, invite only parties, kick players from parties and all the other things yet full grown adults with no restrictions on the account can get banned for communications. But I know it's just people spamming
report because of games like siege and gears so what xbox has taught me is don't play any of the competitive games you bought with your own money because you will probably get spam reported and loose your account for playing a game!

Why am I not yet shown on the in-game Leaderboards?

I want to compete with some friends for highest scores on the in-game Leaderboards, but the game just tells me I have to play the game in order to be ranked. Errr, I've completed the Hard guitar tour already.

The only person on my friends list that shows up (and many have played the game) is Guns LotsOfGuns.

What do I have to do to get the flipping Leaderboards to work!?

GH2 - they worked but couldn't be sorted by difficulty level so we couldn't battle for bragging rights on Hard/Expert if we couldn't achieve the same sort of scores as Medium.

GH3 - utterly and fundamentally broken and thus completely useless in game, as far as I was concerned. They didn't show everybody, the filters didn't seem to work, scrolling up/down would change who was shown. We never used them.

Rock Band - I'm not listed and I can't see my friends.

Why are Leaderboards apparently so difficult to implement properly!

Having the same problem myself, finished the drums and guitar tour on medium and nothing on the leaderboards. :thumbsdow

I have a similary case regarding the vetoed from my account and I have no answer from any part that I have been told to consult or to check. Check the xbox support phone and they told me that in the page of http://enforcement.xbox.com I would take care of
Czech the history of reports I get that my account has been vetoed and gives me an option of Apply for Review I select it Ask me if I accept the terms and I will put it if and later I get the following "You are not eligible for a free case review." For which
they give me no reason. Then in the support of xbox I explain the same thing I just said and they give me the links of the foroms in specific this here the enforcement team can support me to check that I happened with my account and here nobody hears me and
they tell me the same thing That I have already been told and in the end nobody can give me a clear answer on my account. Can you please me the most attentive way to inform exactly who I should address to resolve my doubts regarding my case I just want to
resolve my doubts and I know that I pass either a negative or a positive answer but they tell me definitively if I have a solution Or do not have it. Because nobody knows anything. I already put my case on a separate issue as I indicated and I'm still waiting
for an answer, I have more than 24 hours waiting. In the same way also as I commented above I went to the page that you indicate and there is no answer of any kind.
