    Why am i banned


    So i was banned from any type of communication or anything even putting a custom pfp for idk what reason because i dont talk in game chat and my pfp was just a regular photo of jynxzi holding a shake with his foot which was pretty funny and for some random reason im banned and i cant contact Microsoft support or nothing and i feel like someone reported me for my pfp or something just because they were mad that i possibly killed them in R6 so now i just feel like im being falsely banned and its genuinely stupid

    WHY AM I BANNED?

    Do NOT ring phone support in regards to this issue. They do not handle policy enforcement so it would be a waste of your time and the agents time. If you would like an official reason for your ban you will need to post in the

    At a quick glance your profile has Code of Conduct in all the fields, that usually happens when you have content in your profile that violates the XBL Terms of Service/Code of Conduct.



    The XBL PET do not hand out enforcement action unless they have 100% proof. Just post in the link above and be patient for an answer.
