Why am I banned?

    Why am I banned?


    I literally did nothing at all to get banned, tried playing battlefront 2 and it said I’m suspended. I looked at my messages and nothing got reported and deleted because nothing in my messages was harassment. I looked the ban on the website to see why and it said there were no details to see why I was banned. 15 day suspension for absolutely nothing. This needs fixed. Now.

    Do NOT ring phone support in regards to this issue. They do not handle policy enforcement so it would be a waste of your time and the agents time. If you would like an official reason for your ban you will need to post in the

    At a quick glance your profile has Code of Conduct in all the fields, that usually happens when you have content in your profile that violates the XBL Terms of Service/Code of Conduct.



    The XBL PET do not hand out enforcement action unless they have 100% proof. Just post in the link above and be patient for an answer.
