    i got banned from playing multilayer and communication banned and I don't know why because I was not on my xbox I think I was hacked

    Why was i banned?

    "The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:

    - offering to trade Xbox LIVE or in-game services for Microsoft Points or money"

    It doesn't say SCAMMING. It says TRADE.

    " I was selling legit codes i got from a rewards program on a site."

    Selling is TRADING. You were trading your "Legit codes" and you got banned for it. Simple as that.

    Read the E-mail a few more times before posting here next time. Thanks.

    Either read the email you were sent or look on the enforcement site
    here

    Any report filed had to be investigated which takes time so you would of been suspended/banned for something you did weeks ago or even longer.

    Could be it then.

    Playing in modded lobbies is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

    You should always quit to the dash via the guide button on your controller if you find yourself in a modded lobby.

    Activision tend to stop doing anything about their servers to stop modders on older COD games & the xbox enforcement team can only do so much.

    At a quick glance your profile has Code of Conduct in all the fields, that usually happens when you have content in your profile that violates the XBL Terms of Service/Code of Conduct.



    The XBL PET do not hand out enforcement action unless they have 100% proof. Just post in the link above and be patient for an answer.
