    OK so I did the download version and not disc. It says its fully dowloaded but will only let me play the first tutorial chapter then says content is not available and that i need to install. Its not giving me any options for an patch either. In the game
    details it says 44.5gb have been downloaded. Not sure what to do at this point so any suggestions would be awesome. I can say this for sure, this is the last time I download a game. This is total BS.

    To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details along with checking if you're eligible to file a case review. Check from time to time.

    There is no way to find out specific information regarding suspensions.
    then what's the reason to suspend me then? Are you part of this Xbox enforcement?

    No. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
    how can I get in contact with them? I'm unable to do a case review.
