Why after two years has nothing been done?

So my question is are the Microsoft developers lazy or inadequate to preform their jobs? It’s been two years now since quick resume has been added. Quick resume is known pretty well in the community or at least the people I know to delete giant chunks of saves 40+ hours on my games at once. I’ve had it happen 5 times now for a total of over 100 hours across multiple games. Why has Microsoft not made a feature to turn the trash feature off or fix it? If it works properly it will save about 30 seconds of loading, but when it fails you can lose up to 40 hours of game play from deleted saves? I mean come on even if I played every day those 30 seconds would never equal to the time lost from deleting saves and causes me not to buy games that use the quick resume feature as you won’t fix it and you can’t turn it off. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t feel like spending 50 hours starting a game from scratch. That makes me never want to open it again. How long before someone actually does something to fix this stupid issue that could have been resolved in the first couple weeks.. for the love of god just spend two weeks making it so you can turn it off.

While this maybe hardware/OS or even a game issue, you may want to visit the Xbox feedback/idea page over on Reddit. Or contact the developer of the game you're having issues with for further help. Perhaps in the future the team may allow this feature to be turned off system wide.

I would just like to point out that while you can't turn off quick resume at the moment, quitting a game before loading the next one shouldn't create a quick resume save point at the end of that play session. So next time you start that particular game it will load from fresh.

Yep, done with EA. actually have been done with them for awhile. You don't win worst company in America two years in a row for nothing.

Support are nothing to with enforcement so can't help or do anything.

You say you haven't used the account for years so it could of been banned before the enforcement site was around which is why there is no info.

Any enforcement action has to be appealed within a year so if it was banned years ago then there's nothing that can be done.
