    Whose to blame - Activision or Microsoft for DLC losses?


    I know there are a few posts in the forum with regards to the loss of DLC (downloaded content) on either the Seasons Pass side, or in the loading of the skin packs.

    What I am hear to ask is whose issue is this? Is it the developers fault or is the host servers fault?

    I think it is unfair that people spend their money on items that we only can use in a digital world and even then we don't get to always use them. My issues stem back to Season Pass content and that whole "early launch' of the Widowamker (was that the gun?
    I actually don't know because I never got to use it within the early launch time frame). I also seem to have a 50/50 chance on whether or not I will get to use my selected national flag skin.

    So who do we have to direct the questions to. So far I have not seen a Microsoft rep answer any of the other posts I have reviewed (and if they have, please point me in the right direction). I also don't wish to be wasting my time on this forum if I should
    be focusing on the other company.

    Someone (official) please tell us what is going on, so we can help get this rectified soon - I would hate to see what the posts will look like once Havoc is released and these issues continue.

    They are still having problems with COD:AW DLC! Dunno who to blame Microsoft or Activision / Sledgehammer! You can check here for the latest

    I've heard that Activision has decided to disallow BC on CoD

    I could care less about Call of Duty, that's Activision's loss then. I heard major publishers like EA, Ubisoft, 2K, etc will support BC on Xbox One, but not Activision. So in the end, blame Activision, not Microsoft. Plus Sony can have that dying franchise.
