Who's better, Bethesda or Bioware?

I'm enjoying it very much. It does have a few issues but overall the Quest, Stories and Characters are great. I finished the Silver Shroud Quest just recently and it was very fun. I actually abandoned my role-play of my Character
and used the Silver Shroud dialogue instead. Some of the outcomes (especially the last) were very funny.

The "bad" or at most a little annoying things in F4 so far are first the graphics. While I was never expecting a beautiful or stunning looking Game, it is very last Gen looking. I'm not a fan of the "pastel" like appearance.

A few of the Character models (like Ghouls) look even worse both graphically and design choice wise. They look more like stupid zombies now but at least that is overcome by their combat, boy are they annoying in combat (and satisfying to kill).

I've noticed a lot of texture models that are pretty low resolution as well. I'm still a little disappointed over all the buildings you cannot enter. It makes it feel like a lot of wasted space. The Crafting of Settlements is cool but the snap feature is broken
and very poor. I don't like how you cant just place things where you want to and are dictated by the snap. Having stuff floating as opposed to clipping into another object just means I wont use it all.

Overall though, Fallout 4 is pretty awesome and I will spend a lot of time on it and cant wait for the DLC to be cheap.

 

Cool, yea it has some issues but overall they don't affect the enjoyment, at least not for me, I'm really enjoying the Far Harbor DLC although I've encountered more glitches in it than the whole of the base game. Silver Shroud was awesome if you got
into character.

 

Elohmn, I don't remember that quest. Have you been to Diamond City? I was lvl 22 before I went. I've done all quest in the main game. The Automatron dlc is okay, but Far Harbour is awesome. It's the same game that I love but it's a whole new area and it
feels different.

As bad as the graphics are there are some parts that look beautiful.

What happens in the quest? I'm sure I'll remember it, but I wouldn't remember the name of the quest.

Edit: I just looked it up and I don't think I did that quest. Id remember some of it but I don't.

Haven't met that thing yet, but I plan to tonight. I want to do all the side quests I can before I finish up. Should be finished in the next day or so. Time to get ready for Blood and Wine.

 

brandiesel1, yeah I've been in Diamond City. It's okay, I did one Quest (forget the name) with the Bartender, Husband, Wife and then a lot of shooting and it was pretty good.

I'm Level 22 now and I kinda had a question. Anyone know what the Level Cap is? I spent a lot of points on things I wanted and still need a few more that are outside my current S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats. I just want to make sure I can make them, because if not I'll
pick different perks.

 

I don't think there is a level cap. I could be wrong, but i thought I've read that somewhere before.

The reason I was asking about Diamond City is because you can at least go in every building there. Same with Good Neighbour.

Genchy, I fought the Fog Crawler last night.

 

I rescued the cat from Vault 81.

The little scamp thought he'd run off and find adventure but he'd bitten off more than he could chew.

I had a couple of blowflies nearly kick the crap out of me and later realised I've been wandering the Wasteland in some casual civvies I put on to look all suave and demure in Vault 81.

Ooh... the dark secret of Vault 81... and the quest to save the life of that boy...

I managed to do it too... got back to Vault 81 and at this point Nick Valentine felt it would be appropriate to have a long drawn out heart to heart chat causing me to miss all the end quest dialogue.

Im currently level 77 Elohm and no sign of a cap yet. @Brand that thing had the moves!! Took me a bit by surprise!

 

Okay, cool then about the Level Cap (or none). I can plug away at my current pace and not have to worry about running out of points for a perk. I think maybe though without any Level Cap (maybe all perks unlocked?) the player
character might be a little op.

Another thing I found kinda odd. I have a lot of locations on the North and middle of the Map and I have yet to have found a Vault. Without resorting to wiki, any idea of about how many Vaults are in F4?

Side note also- I've always had the funny little idea that Fallout and Elder Scrolls is the same universe and recently watched a video that showed this as well. All but the double moons of Elder Scrolls, it sounds plausible. Anyone else subscribe to this hypothesis?
