You either need to turn the brightness up on ur screen or the contrast down. Maybe get an eye exam while ur at it.

Try 1080p. Try 720p. That would rule out the monitor's scaler as a potential source of the problem. Beyond that, try different brightness/contrast/saturation settings. If you haven't had an eye exam for a couple years, schedule one.

Yes, the system considers those the same Gamertag. So, for example, if your Gamertag was eXAMPLE, and you wanted to correct it to Example, you'd have to change it to something else entirely, and then change it back again to the correct capitalization. The
same also applies to spaces. EXAM PLE, EX AMPLE, EXAM PLE, etc... are all the same Gamertag in the system's eyes, although when searching for the Gamertag in the database, the correct spacing is required. Searching for Gamertags is not, however, case-sensitive.
