    Whoever bought this sign in


    I inserted my disc for horizon 3, unscratched and the right way up, I went to play it but it said “The person who bought this needs to sign in” i was signed in and it is the account I’ve been playing on for a year with no problems. I’m on Xbox live too.
    I tried restarting my Xbox but that didn’t work, I even tried reinserting the disc. Your help will be very appreciated.

    Whoever tested this game!

    So many bugs in this game. I know it just came out but good lord. Quick match fails with parties so often, also if you do get in with one it will split you up. It freezes up a lot too. But do not get me wrong it is a great game just needs to be patched.
    Whoever did test this game needs to be fired.

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If that doesn't fix the issue then be sure to check if other discs are recognized by the console to determine if it could be related to a drive issue.

    I would canceling or deleting anything currently installed for the game. Then do a hard reset on the console (press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, then power it back on). After that try to install it again and see if it works.
