defective download on xbox game fri the 13th

i recently purchased fri the 13th game from xbox one microsoft store. game doesnt work due to server issues. i would like to have a,refund . this way i can uninstall the download and then repurchase the game when they fix the problem. thanks john
tsaros. i spent 40 bucks on the game. please feel free to email me [Mod Removed]. hopefully they can send a new software update for fri the,13th download.

Your gamer tag should do better and there are clubs you can join like.survival horror etc

That's how I get my private matches (the developer is still fixing the server bugs apparently they weren't expecting it to be popular but it is really fun to play )

Redeemed Fri 13th, hope to get around to it soon. Downloaded Ninja Gaiden, can’t recall if I actually played or beat this one when it launched. Look forward to firing it up

As a rule there are no refunds for digital content at the moment which it does tell you when you buy any digital content although this seems to be a common problem with this game.

You would need to contact support
contact us as they are the only ones who can issue a refund if the game is defective.
