WHO WANTS REPUTATION SYSTEM REMOVED

Sure it's new, but it's also an improved version of the Xbox 360 system because it was based off of it.

...and I'll say it again for the umpteenth time: your rep CANNOT be affected negatively simply because of your lack of a mic or lack of skill. Quitting early, however, probably can.

It dont bother me either way i dont even notice its there, which I dont go trolling and just mute bad players from the get go.

 

The very fact that it can be abused is wrong, you dont even have to prove anything to false report or make a negative accusation on anyone, But they do want you to prove otherwise IF you are accused of bad sportsman or for what ever reason that you been
LABELED a Bad Rep by the community in order for it to be lifted, I see allot of comments on here by people who dont even play Multiplayer, so its hard for them to understand the frustration of being LABELED as a bad rep when you dont even know why, its not
fun being matched up by yourself.

 

Fueled, it's not a fact at all, but only speculation at this point. While I don't believe it to be perfect by any means, I don't believe it's as bad as many people would put out there.

The ONLY people who have to prove anything is the enforcement team. They are the ones who do the investigations and as such, they aren't likely to hand out enforcement actions willy-nilly; in fact, I'm sure that they're very thorough and just (or they could
potentially lose their jobs) - they just prefer to do everything behind-the-scenes, so for every action they take, there's likely a hundred more that they don't take due to false reports that you simply don't see. You have to remember, bad news always gets
more news than good news - especially since it's the ones who are caught who are most likely to make a lot of noise. So sure, someone can file a false report, but in all likelihood, if they do, it's going to do more harm for the one who made the false report,
than to anyone else. As a matter of fact, the enforcement team themselves have gone on record in the past saying that if enough false reports get filed by someone, then they will pay less attention to that particular individual when they report others in the
future - either taking longer to investigate the report or ignoring it entirely altogether. Take my advice: don't report others unless you think it's absolutely necessary and you have supporting evidence and/or proof.

There are often better actions to take, if necessary, such as muting and/or blocking in most cases. Doing that will also make it easier on the enforcement team to do their jobs properly.

Anyone found to be violating the CoC or ToU and who has had action taken against them has the right to appeal that decision if they believe they have proof of their innocence - while you're right in the sense that they have to prove their innocence here,
that's actually a good thing. Would you rather they not have that at all?

Trust me, you don't... Do that and then you won't be able to file reports against those who cheat or otherwise take advantage of other players and/or the service.

Before you can let that happen, MS will have to separate the reputation system from the reporting system first, which is something they're not likely to do since it simplifies how everything works and kind of go hand-in-hand in the 1st place.

I am all for the rep system. Hope it stays the way it is.

I have played tons of MP games online. From BF4, EA UFC, NBA 2K14, Killer Instinct, Madden 15, Forza Horizon 2 and loads and loads of Titanfall. My rep hasn't dropped at all. And neither have any of my clan members.

 

Here's a question if your preferred/avoided ratio is bad like my ratio is 45% preferred 55% avoided does that mean I will get worse teammates in multiplayer just wondering because I know some of them I get avoided for stupid sh*t like actually doing the
objective or my guest is being a troll and I get punished for that and I don't play with friends because most of them aren't on anymore
