who to contact for voice threats? (have audio recording)

i filed a standard complaint, but was gonna email the in-game conversation, basically user said his buddy was gonna get my IP banned from XBL because i wouldnt friendly quit a game. in the audio you can hear him saying hes gonna have his friend ban me and
all that crap, plus theres a voice message he sent me. didnt see an email to send to.

Xbox Recording Audio

Since your actual voice isn't being re-broadcasted over the TV audio, the Elgato won't be picking that up (by default, at least).

Elgato states on their support website that in order to record your own voice,
you will need a separate microphone connected to your computer. In that support page, it links you to an article about how to do "live
commentary", which I think would be useful for you too.

Recording audio etc

Well a good introductory way is to get your self a dazzle you can find one here

www.amazon.com/.../ref=sr_1_1 Now this one comes with free splitters so you wont need to worry about all that. But your going to need to set up your settings on your xbox. Hit your guide button then right bumper twice go to settings. Then one down to
preferences, once their go to voice. Under the section Voice Output make sure Play Through Both is selected. This way you can hear and also record voice chat. You going to need a PC to hook all this up threw. Instructions on how to do so can be found in
the user manual that you get from dazzle. Its a pretty easy process and hope to see some videos from you soon. Hope this helped..

All you need to do is report him through your console, which you have already done. Microsoft will already have access to those messages, so will look/listen to them during the investigation.

There is no email or forum board to file reports on, the only place to do so is through your console.

support.xbox.com/.../dos-attacks-faq. It is great advice on what to do if you do suffer a DoS attack. Also remember that these attacks are illegal, so make sure to contact your ISP as well if anything happens.

Now Block, Avoid and move on.

Powerdown your modem/router for a while if you are still worried.

FYI, no outside media is needed for the PET to decide an action.... Best to just remove this person and move on to better gaming.

Ah, okay then

Yes, seems like that's the reason. And I have one more problem because it keeps happening. When I play the recorded video, I can hear my voice, the game audio, but I don't hear any of my friends' voice chat. Sometimes I can hear their voice, but many times I can't. How to fix this? And what audio will be recorded if I check the "Record game audio only"? I've tried to turn it on and off but seems like it keeps changing.

You can add your voice within Upload Studio by editing your clips and recording your audio there. It doesn't record voice as you're playing.
