    Who to contact for Day One Edition controller replacement?


    Is there any information on who to contact about getting a replacement controller? Both the left analog stick and left trigger have both become on times unusable. Are these supported by the 1 year manufacturer warranty? Thanks.

    Broken Left Xbox One Day One Edition Contoller Stick

    Hi,

    The left stick on my day one edition xbox one controller fell in when I pressed it to run while playing battlefield 4, rendering the controller completely useless. I was wondering who I should contact in order to get a replacement day one edition controller

    I've been having the same problem for a while now. How much money does it cost to get a replacement controller for my xbox one. as I have the day one edition. nothing else is wrong with the controller besides the veritical shift. who do I contact to get

    Be careful, however. I've heard of stories on here where people are receiving regular controllers in return for their Day One Editions...

    I wanted to add that this is the Day-One edition controller. If it got replaced, it'd probably get replaced with a standard Xbox One controller, which is irritating.

    Xbox is willing to replace the controller. Doesn't make sense for it to be a software issue when I know many people who never have this issue and it seems to be centered around the day one edition controller which is what I am having the issue with.
