Who pre-ordered Xbox One? U mad we did not get anything FREE?

I have been with xbox 4 13 years, I'm frustrated with all these promotions and discounts they r offering. A few examples: Titan bundle 499.00- FIFA soccer bundle 499.00-trade in old PS3 get 100.00 of xbox one- lowering price to 399.99 in Europe. I pre ordered
my system and paid in full but did not get a single thing with it And still paid 499.00. 3 months later there giving away games like its candy! It pisses me off!!!! What about the people who pre ordered and waited in line at midnight to get it.

Still did`t get my Alan Wake Code

HI! I pre-ordered Quantum Break on February 12, 2016.

But I still did`t get my Alan Wake Code right now.All my friends who pre-ordered this game got the code,so plz help me out .thank you!

 

I am with you man I pre-order my DAY ONE XBOX ONE 4 months before it came out and paid 527.00 for it. we did not get anything for free it does make me mad that all of these offers that are coming out now...... we did get one thing free a 7 day gold xbox
live card....

 

What are you talking about man we got a sweet day one logo on the controller hahah. It really does suck. They don't care about us dude they got our money. My day one broke and took them 2 months to get it back to me with a refurbished piece of crap, all
scratched up had white steaks on it. Looked like it was 3 years old lol. Called amazon and they said send it back and gave me a brand new one. No need to put another $500 on hold. They put the broken Xbox out for sale not me. Moral of the story is Xbox
support sucks and Xbox doesn't really care about us. lol

 

Sorry to hear, guess it would be best to wait. I usually do, as there are often awesome bundles that come out along with great games.

 

That's the chance taken for early adopters. I pre ordered my day one as well, but I'm not really *** I didn't get anything for free. Would it be nice for MS to give the day one customers something, sure, but they don't have to. It's just business. We aren't
entitled to anything.

 

So if you bought a lottery ticket for $1 and didn't win anything you would be made at the lottery if the guy behind you spent a $1 and won $500? It's the chance you take when you buy anything. Get over it.

 

I didn't pre-order the system but I waited in line for more then 6 hours to get one day one. What a huge mistake on my part. Microsoft gave early supporters the middle finger, and this is the last MS system I buy. I've been an XBOX supporter since day one
of the original XBox and its become clear to me that Microsoft has lost touch with their fanbase. I loved the original XBox and the 360, but the XBox One is simply a mess. Sony is doing all they can to win over XBox fans while MS seems to be doing all they
can to get rid of their fans to Sony.

 

Boo hoo get over it. If you don't like xbox anymore, get off the forums and move to Sony, we wont miss you.

 

They should give us all add ones to the day one release titles so all cars and tracks to come out for forza and all the bf4 and dead rising dlc too agree? Since we paid premium price why not the full premium package .

This may be showing my age but back when the original xbox came out in the uk they were well expensive so after a few months you got to choose two games and got an extra controller too if you had brought within a certain time of the release period so why
can they not do this again?

If u preordered it & paid full price its ur own fault theres no reason microsoft should give anything free. I got it day 1 & paid £355 with forza 5 so im not fussed about the price drop
