    Who is using my Account ??


    I downloaded Microsoft Ultimate Word Games for the first time last month and, as soon as the app was installed on my PC, an image shot up on my monitor showing XBOX LIVE in the upper left corner, my email address in the upper right corner, the Wordament
    Icon in a circle in the center, and below that it read;

    TwinBornRex3743

    Welcome back!

    Below that were two bars, the left one read "SWITCH ACCOUNT" and the right one read "LET'S PLAY."

    I had never seen this app before, have never owned an Xbox, and have no idea of how TwinBornRex3743 was able to access this game using my email.

    I called Microsoft when it happened but no one has ever gotten back to me.

    Can someone here help?

    Hi There,

    Were you recently offered a gamertag name change from Xbox? I would check the enforcement website just check and see if there weren't any recent bans and gamertag changes listed on your account.

    you can login using the same email on the Microsoft website click on you're profile pic then click my Microsoft account and it'll load you in to a page where it says devices click manage under Devices and scroll down to see what console or pc you want
    to remove you're account from. after this i highly recommend changing your password.
