    Who (&How*) to Contact about Billing, Billing Errors?


    Since I can't ask a question on an 'old post', and none of the "Contact Us" support links work, I'll have to try on a new post...

    the link to contact L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (used from another post's answer) makes my IE11 stop working all together... and every* link I can find to "Contact Us" (Support email) takes me nowhere except another choices

    so I Have to ask here... who (& How*) do I contact about a Billing error (?...and the funds were* taken) for a game that I did* buy the Main Game, but Not* the DLC. The Main game, Fight Night Champion (19.99) shows* in My Games, but the dlc, "Fourth Round"
    (14.99) does Not* show in My Games? I did buy FNC but not the DLC... but was charged for Both*, and the money for Both was taken* from my account. It would seem that MS nor Xbox even try to ensure that what they are Billing someone for even gets To the member's machine
    (with maybe an individual download checksum..?) before taking their money..*! Why don't you just go ahead and empty out the members' remaining balances while you're at it...?? I mean, just WHO is going to stop you when no one can "contact" you..?!

    The main game (purchased &* received) was Fight Night Champion (19.99)... & the dlc (not* purchased, not* received) was 'Fourth Round'(14.99).

    btw, Thank you for the non-working link and the out-and-out 'dismissal', smxxxxxes.

    Neither the site (Nor the forum/forum Rep*) or the Faq's provide any useable information on who* to contact, or a Useable link to contact support for this kind of question (that I could find, by eye OR Search*), so the dismissive response "Like I said, you
    have to contact support", with no USEable information on How to do so is useLESS, much like the site faq's & "contact" links themselves.

    frustrated & Disgusted-

    how u check your info i have sort of the same as i put in for me my info and it says add a valid postal code when mine is a valid one "6027"

    After explaining things to (the Rep) she kindly refunded the charges for "Fourth Round".

    The billing system has inherent problems:

    (1)there is No Way to insure you have received anything you have ordered or requested

    (2)if you hit 'Cancel' download (even *Immediately*, either because you just realized you hit the wrong game/dlc to dnld or simply don't want it, it's too late*), billing* has already been informed of the 'purchase'. There is No check-sum to make sure you
    actually received... Anything*... just a "download queue" log that shows what the server says you requested, and That is The Gospel.

    So*, be VERY Careful when* and WHAT buttons/games/dlc's you choose before hitting one!! Regardless of whether or not it makes it TO your xbox, you will Probably end up paying for it (unless you get extremely lucky*!).

    Hi there Nigel welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. As someone who has had billing issues in the past first I suggest contacting your bank so these types of multiple-charges won't happen again, secondly in my case I had to contact Xbox support and they escalated my issue, I got a phone call a few days later and the problem was gone after a few hours with support on the phone.

    1. Log into Xbox.com

    6. Select Charges on my account.
