    We have come up on the 6 month anniversary of what was arguably the most hyped up event of all time. Tens of thousands of households holding shindigs of sorts, many of us drinking since pretty early on in the day. So here we go,
    about 30 minutes before the scheduled fight, and a little big of lag ensues. Okay not super problematic, lots of people connected to my WiFi it`ll fix itself. 10 minutes later, the fight freezes, watching social media blow up I knew it was my WiFI. UFC fight
    pass had just gone down to unexpected fluctuation of customers. What the hell else did you expect. So after 20 minutes we jammed the entire posse into buddies van and headed to the bar. Exactly what we were trying to avoid cause yes, bars were busy and there
    was very little chance of getting an adult beverage. Night goes on, fun was had whatever. So obviously we will be seeing a refund right? Confirmed by Dana White, confirmed by Microsoft support ill see that $100 bucks eventually. Nope. I had talked to Microsoft
    support 2 days after this fiasco, to be directed to email UFC support and they would deal with it from there. Okay simple enough, but wait.

    Okay cool, the only lick of support I got was from Microsoft. Month goes by, haven't heard anything. Have now sent 5 separate emails to UFC support. No reply. So we are now coming on 6 months here, let me just call Microsoft support. Oh whats that you say?
    Microsoft is unable to issue any refunds as its been to long.... Now im furious. Im essentially being told that the refund could of been issued much longer ago, yet here we are. Ask to speak to a supervisor. "She is currently tied up, I will have here call
    you back within the hour." That was at about 2 in the afternoon on February 16th, I did not talk to a supervisor until February 19th, after I had to call them back. So I have put many a hours into this at this point, for $100. I bring all the facts and emails
    to her attention. "Im sorry you`ve gotten the impression that our customer support is not helpful." No that is not the definition of an impression. It is the fact that from DAY 1, I have been the one fighting for the simplicity of a refund on a product that
    was bought, then unable to be delivered. The supervisor had listened to me rant for about 15 minutes now, by the end of it she seemed to have finally understood why this is such an issue. "Let me talk to the upper management and see what we can do for yeah."
    Very optimistic at this point as Microsoft support has given me the run around for the last 6 months.

    I hope you are ok and your day is going great. We checked on the issue and it was enforced that based on the fact that it was months ago, the system would not allow the refund. I'm sorry that I'm not able to process the refund but you can definitely dispute
    the charges with your financial institution.

    Just what I figured, so now I have to be doing exactly what Ive been doing since the get go, figuring this out on my own. If the company that I paid my money to says its been far too long to issue a refund, do I truly believe my bank is going to feel any
    different?

    If you have yet to receive a refund, don't just let this go unnoticed. It seems like everything about this has just been swept under the carpet, and both parties don`t really give a damn about where our $100 has disappeared to. If you`ve gotten this far,
    thank you for reading this, and I hope I am the only one who is stuck going through this nonsensical circle of BS right now.

    I recieved my refund, but the developer (Gaijin) has banned me from the in game market for recieving it. Is microsoft aware of this, and why was my refund approved if the game developer will ban players who recieve them? Please research this issue.
