who else feels cheated when permanently banned when you didnt even get a warning or a temp ban ...

I am writing this as my opinion of the matter. I fully understand I violated the code of conduct agreement and know that the ban is unreversible. Just wanted to state this before going any farther in this post. I was banned till 9999 for offering games through
account sharing and asking for Microsoft points. That said, I didn't know at the time that asking for points was not allowed. I did not know I could not share a game I bought and paid for with my own money was not allowed. I know I should have read the terms
and agreement stuff, but no one reads that stuff really. So now since I'm accoult banned, as punishment, they take away any ownership I have over the content I have paid for. I accidentally deleted all my content a week ago so now, I have to pay to
get it back. Does anyone find justice in this? I mean, at least PlayStation allows you to pay to get ur account unbanned. Here, there Is no negotiating. Once you are permanently banned, its done. No point on trying to get unbanned. No point in trying to reason
with the people that have the power to ban or unban you. I have been putting up with this too long, so unless im unpermanently banned, I'm doing away with my Xbox 360. Not even the halo franchise can keep me hooked with the Xbox's anymore. But I wanna know
others opinion in the matter of how they perm ban. What's your thoughts of how the system works, in your opinion?

I am the owner of the account ZzES TaticalzZ I have been permanently banned for marketplace theift this wasn't my doing it was my friends doing the enforcement team didn't have to ban me permanently they could have banned the Microsoft store or gave me a
two week ban or something but this wasn't my doing it was my friend I have had the account for six years and never been banned but now I'm banned permanently because of my friend Microsoft enforcement team I beg you to please ban the store for me or something

No, I never tried to sell games. Game sharing. How the hell did u come to that conclusion. I offered a bunch of people on my recent players list my accounts I bought games from if they came on my mine craft or castleminer worlds and built something amazing.
I said I paid for them in the post. Through licence sharing. I didn't know I couldn't do that. I assumed I could since I paid for the downloadable game content. I did nothing involving stealing or asking points in exchange for gamemes. I asked some of my friends
for Microsoft points, but wasn't selling anything. They sometimes would give me some points if I asked

 

I literally stated "I did not know I could not share a game I bought and paid for with my own money was not allowed." Did you read that part? I never stole, cheated, or re-sell games. I'm sorry, my wording on the whole issue came out wrong in the forth sentence,
but I thought it was clear of what I meant in the fifth and sixth sentence.

 

Ignorance is no excuse. If you broke the rules you deserve a ban. I can honestly say you will find no sympathy here.

 

I don't want sympathy. I was voicing my opinion and wanted to here other opinions on the matter. I wasn't ignorant. I know I should have been banned now, I didn't read the rules fully at the time. I just think it didn't deserve a full perm ban is all I'm
saying, but its my opinion.

 

I'm not trying to get sympathy, I'm not trying to get someone to say they feel sorry for my just or unjust ban, I'm simply voicing my opinion and want to hear others speak their opinions of the ban system.

 

You honestly are coming to the wrong place looking for an opinion on this matter. You might get a random person who agrees with you (any forum regular wont, we know the rules) First you say you broke the rules, then say you didnt, then say you did. IMHO
next time dont break the rules and dont buy digital content. Then you wont feel like you were cheated

 

You deserve your ban,you are basically stealing from the marketplace by game sharing.

By game sharing you surely are letting other people access your account,a violation in itself.

Here is a quote from your original post:

This suggests that you weren't "giving" or "sharing" the games but trying to sell them. This is expressly forbidden in the ToU and CoC of the Live service and even if you haven't read the terms you should have realized it is against them as you seem to have
done research on how PS works for banning accounts.

You got caught and punished for your actions. If you choose to stay with Xbox fine, don't do this again and read the terms. If not, goodbye but I think you'll find other gaming services are cracking down just as hard on cheaters and scammers.
