Who do you contact when Xbox s has issues

I would contact one of the support staff on the forums who's gamercard has an S on it. They work for Xbox and if it can be done, they'll do it.

You can send them a PM by clicking the envelope icon underneath their post.

If the refund requests were approved so long ago and if you have received an email notifying you of the approval, then please respond to that email. This is the only way to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

However, if you haven't received any email notification of your refund approval, you should contact Xbox Support directly for further assistance. They are the only ones who can help you with this problem.

Please note that in this public community forum, we are just players like you trying to help and guide other players. This means we don't have access to other accounts or information about refunds for other users.

Nothing to do with it. It's a game bug and needs reporting to the Devs. Everyone who has a Xbox series X and s has the issue including myself and my mates. Why's it being ignored?
