who do i talk to about a refund for a game (digital download) which isn't playable?

All purchases do state there are no refunds, but you can speak with Phone Support / Billing who would be the best placed team to assist you.

While I understand it can be a little frustrating when someone who clearly isn't very good takes control of a vehicle, who cares? Again, these are video games we're talking about which are not to be taken seriously. They have as much of a "right" to the
Warthog as you do....

Why should Microsoft do anything? It isn't their fault that a game someone else developed and published isn't playable. That is why you do research before purchasing a game, especially when you purchase digital copies.

Thank you for support, it's much appreciated. As you suggested I tried to request a refund, however it's been denied with the explanation that digital games that have been played cannot be refunded. Aside from the fact that I find it very strange (and irritating) that there's no cooling off period on digital purchases (unlike any other digital shop I've ever used), how was I supposed to know that Injustice 2 would not be fully playable without downloading it and trying it? Nowhere on the description of the bundle it says that Injustice 2 DLCs wouldn't be usable on PC.

Is this something you can help with? There isn't even an option to appeal the decision and discuss it directly with someone, something that I've been trying to do ever since I opened this thread with no success.
