WHO DO I SPEAK TO REGARDING GRAPHICS GLITCH ON JEDI FALLEN ORDER ON XBOX SERIES S?

Just bought jedi fallen order on xbox series s and there is major issue with glitches after leaving the first planet. Who can i report this to? This game has been optimised for series s/x but does not seem so as advertised.

You could contact EA support about in game issues

Also you could try reinstall the game and test other games to confirm if it's actually a game issue or other situation

Sometimes the issue could be the Tv/display, be sure to test a different one

Ok maybe I'm the one who whi misunderstands. I have an xbox series X I bought the the jedi fallen order special edition console preinstalled in 2019

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I was able to claim the STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order Deluxe Upgrade but it is for the Xbox console, which is where you can remotely install the add-on. I also checked my EA Desktop App and it is not offered there for free.

As I have checked the perks tab it is stated "Requires STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order. Valid only for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One console versions of the game. 1 per account. Claim by 1/20/2023. Redeem by 1/20/2023."
