  1. Who do I contact regarding not receiving XBOX LIVE QUESTS rewards?


    I am 100% sure I completed January's and February's Xbox Live Gold Quests. March came around and I didn't get January's reward so I tweeted Support, they said they passed it on to the appropriate team and I would get follow up from them... never happened.
    Now it is April and I have yet to get January's or February's rewards. Is this system going to be updated so that we at least get a check box to show we have completed it and who do we contact with issues because Support's response shows that they do not
    handle it. thanks!

    January Xbox Quest Mystery Gift not received

    Hello,

    January's Xbox Quest included the following goals:

    1. Login to Xbox mobile app 3 different days

    2. Play for 10 hours across any Xbox

    3. Earn 5 achievements

    I completed all of the above, but did not receive a mystery gift. I have seen on other forums that players started receiving their rewards several days ago. This is not the first time I have had to contact support regarding a missing
    reward for the Xbox Live Quest or Games with Gold Quest, and every month I see other Xbox Live users who have the same issue. I don't understand why I (and others) am not receiving my rewards, despite completing the quests.

  3. October XBOX Quests not credited

    I completed all requirements for the October Xbox quests and have yet to receive any kind of credit or reward. I have not received any contact from Microsoft regarding completion of the quest is well. How do I go about receiving the credit that I should
    have earned?
