Who do I contact regarding getting my elite 2 controller repaired

I'm based in New Zealand and purchased an Elite Controller 2 on release day, do you know who i can contact within my country to purchase an extended warranty for the controller?

1 month ago I send in my Elite Series 2 because it was broken.

I didnt got any response or anything around that my controller is in.

After one month still no response

Can someone tell me how to get my controller back and repaired 😬

Hey all, for any controller problems we do suggest making sure the controller is up to date first and then trying another controller to verify that it's an isolated issue with just that controller. If you're using an Elite controller, you'll want to use

I would suggest returning the controller to the store you bought it from. In most cases when doing that you walk out of the store with a new one instead of having to wait at least 2 weeks for it to get repaired.

If I may ask, is this a standard Xbox controller? Because if yes, they do not offer repair or replacement for the controller, we can only create an order for Xbox Series 2 Elite Controller even if it's no longer in warranty.
