    i bought a code from an online supplier in march.it came back saying error.the supplier wanted pics which i sent but i've not heard anything.i bought this march its n 5 mths from being a yr ago and all the supplier is saying is they waiting for xbox to get
    back to them.what do i do?? i have tried to chat online with someone but its not working

    Xbox gold live code not activated

    I am unable to redeem the code for Xbox live gold 12 month membership card. When I insert the code it informs me that the code has not been activated yet I purchased it from a mail order company. They have told me I need to contact the xbox retailer yet
    the card was purchased from them. I do not know where the xbox was originally purchased.

    Xbox 360 to Xbox One Purchase Options

    Hi,

    I have the Xbox 360 Call of Duty AW DVD and recently purchased a Xbox One. with the season pass, can I get the Xbox One version of CoD or do I need to re-purchase. I know the upgrade offer expired in March but I'm not sure if the season pass applies for
    upgrades anytime.

    I purchased this promotion on march 28th. I still have not recived the codes. I have my email for conformation. I changed my contact email shortly after I learned how the promotion was going to work. I have still recieved emails attached to my gamer tag

    I too have not recieved the codes, and i purchased this in march, seriously microsoft... Stop pushing ur consumers away with delays and lack of information. You cqn be sued for false advertisement over this you know.
