    Who do I contact for my minecraft account being hacked?


    My Minecraft account was hacked a couple years back, I quit because of this but want to start playing again. I bought a new minecraft account under the same email because the email was changed on my original account. I still have the transaction ID and was wondering how could I get it back. I keep contacting mojang support and they tell me contact microsoft but never tell me how as you cant really talk to a person since the AI is horrible and fixing my situation. I have plenty of info on my original account since I kept decent track of everything. I was hacked due to my PC being ratted.

    Of course I remember the email, problem is, the person who hacked it transferred the Minecraft account to their email, then deleted MY outlook account.

    The problem is that I can no longer find a Minecraft account with my Microsoft account, but I do have the purchase email,

    maybe that will help to restore my Minecraft account?

    I have the idea that I have been hacked and that they have changed my login username and password.

    I also contacted Mojang, but they told me to go to Microsoft with this issue.

    Hello again, when you start the account recovery process you must put the email you had before being hacked, not the email that was put by the hackers.
    That wouldn't help them. Their minecraft account (through mojang) was compromised and the person who did it migrated the OPs minecraft account to their own Microsoft account.
