I am not saying you did anything but if you did something that violates the Microsoft Services Agreement, your account may be suspended, or under extreme circumstances, your device may be banned by the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team.

My account is currently suspended and I would love to know why. My son normally plays on my account but he was ill for more that a week and didn't really play xbox. I played some xbox in the week but not to much. I would like to understand why the account was suspended. It is the 2nd time this month that it's suspended without a given reason. Can you please help me understand why. Thank you

You would need to go to the enforcement page HERE for info on the suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

No one here can tell you the reason.

Be aware that most enforcement actions are issued days or weeks after the offence due to the time it takes to investigate the matter.
