The only way to swap the code for something else is to see if Target will refund or exchange it. Otherwise, it can only be redeemed for what the code is for.

there are now many apps like that on the market where you can conduct activities, play games, try other apps, etc and in exchange you will earn points of sorts that can be redeemed for various gift cards.

those gift cards would of course have to be purchased from a legitimate source by the company who is granting you the gift card. I would not say that Microsoft would feel disadvantaged, though I cannot speak for them for sure, as if this company legitimately
grants you an Xbox gift card they would have had to pay the fee to Microsoft for that gift card

How if i say that they buy those card from retailer/Re seller,Is that legal/ allowed for me to buy that gift card from coins in that application?

No, gift cards need to be done in region. You could move your location region to the US and use the giftcard then. but you can not cross region use gift cards.

I'm not sure we're understanding, are you looking to purchase Xbox Live Gold with an Xbox currency card? If so, that's not possible. You'll need to use either a credit card, debit card or PayPal. You can also go into a retailer and purchase an Xbox Live
subscription card as well.
