White Screen

What game are you playing? And what platform? Windows or Xbox one, it Xbox 360, etc.?

I have been having the same problem for a couple of days. On Friday and Saturday, I was able to get past the issues by playing different games. Neither rebooting nor updates my Windows has solved the problem for me today. I thought maybe if I just waited
long enough something might load, but after 3 hours of letting my computer sit, I had the same white screen with no apparent change. I am unable to play any of the Microsoft Solitaire games today.

Not sure what it is going to take to solve this problem.

I'm not able to play Microsoft Solitarie Collection, I'm not VIP gamer, so, I have to watch Ads, but since 2 weeks ago when I open the game and I have to watch the Ads it just appear a white screen afterwards the game close, so I can't play it. I reset
the game and nothing happened, Uninstalled it and installed again and nothing. What else may I do?

I was having this same issue.... another solitaire user posted a "fix" Lord knows Microsoft has ignored it for a month now!!!!

If you go into your settings on your computer, find your apps (mine was in the systems folder labeled "apps & features") find the solitaire app and click on it, you will see the reset tab, click it. when you log back in it will ask you if you have used this
PC to play before, click yes, and it will load your profile..... all of my progress for daily challenges was saved however I lost all of my star club progress... it did fix the white screen though

I have had the same problem as mickcaam. I read in this forum, and a few others, all the messages about the Daily Challenges not working. Do the X-Box/Microsoft developers ever read these comments as I never see any kind of response?
It is pi** poor customer relations and total arrogance on the part of them. If they are working on the issues they should at least issue a statement. If it is just a ploy to get you to buy the premium version that has no adverts, then they are failing. People
(including me)will just delete or not play the games.
