    When I tried to take part in the last solitaire collection event, every time I picked a challenge to play the screen would go white like it does when it is preparing to run an ad but the ad never started and the only option was to close the window and start
    over. As a result I tried to play a challenge for 7 hours and was only able to do one to completion. The weird thing was that I was number 100 after the event ended and the scores were tallied. I assume that many other players were also locked out by this
    error. What can we do about this problem? Tonight I tried to play a regular game of Klondike and hit the same frozen white screen!

    White Screen of Death

    I can no longer get the Microsoft Solitaire Collection to work on my Win 10 desktop. It goes to a completely white screen with no options for change on the screen.

    White Screen of Death??

    This should fix it (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset

    Hi is this only happening on this game? Also try a hard reset by holding down your power button until the console turns off, Then wait a while before turning it back on.
