White screen microsoft solitaire daily challenges

I have the same problem with all solitaire games now. Let us know if you get it fixed.

Today keep on getting the white screen when selecting a game on the daily challenges, and also get it on mah-jong which has been happening for the past two days. All other games (Jigsaw; Minesweeper and Sudoku) are fine. I also get the white screen when
trying to play the 'Solitaire World Tour Event' today.

I fixed the issue which has to do with Windows Defender. You need to turn off the App & browser control. I re-downloaded and it worked so I hope this helps you and anyone else having the white screen issue when you click into one of the games in daily
challenges.

I have the exact same problem:

My Solitaire Collection worked fine until a few days ago. The main screen loads okay and I can play the regular games from the top row. When I select a Daily Challenge or an Event, the next screen shows okay too. But when I select an actual game from either
place, after getting a "Loading" icon, a blank screen is displayed with "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" displayed in small font at the top left of the screen. And that's it. Note that when I try to do the same thing from the online game - http://zone.msn.com/en/mssolitairecollection/default.htm?intgid=hp_card_1,
I get a similar problem. In this case though, I get a loading screen that just hangs there. My laptop is about a month old and it came loaded with WIN 10, including the Solitaire Collection. I've loaded a lot of software that I had previously on my old laptop.
The last thing I remember loading ( a couple of days before this problem surfaced) was MS Digital Image Pro 7. One other thing of note, I've also just started getting a message about whether I want to load WkUFind.exe every time I restart the laptop.

Hopefully, someone out there can lead me in the right direction so that I can once again play my Solitaire games.
