    White screen in MS Solitaire


    Getting a white screen in MS Solitaire. Tried rebooting. Didn't work. Any solutions yet?

    Still have same issue with white screen where

    I'm having the white screen issue when trying to play solitaire. When the advertisement is supposed to load, it goes to a white screen and never loads!

    Have you tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling?

    This should fix it (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset

    I went to computer Settings - Apps - and reset - fixed the problem without losing any of data!
