    white screen impossible to play solitaire games or events is anyone ever going to fix it been ...


    This white screen Microsoft solitaire collection is impossible to play. solitaire games and events has been almost a week without the ability to play. Is this ever getting fixed or are we ever being informed how to rid the screen. Seems it's an ad that doesn't
    appear and just freezes the whole app. Have to click out of it and go back in only for the same results....such a waste of time If it isn't going to be fixed just let us know and we can move on to something else. Myself I like playing these particular games
    and it's too bad that we are just being ignored.

    What is happening with your games? Whether it be the daily challenges or the events I am, for the most part, unable to play. 3 events and then white screen. I have to close the window and restart but no games, just white screens. I haven't been able
    to complete events due to the white screen. Please fix.

    Today keep on getting the white screen when selecting a game on the daily challenges, and also get it on mah-jong which has been happening for the past two days. All other games (Jigsaw; Minesweeper and Sudoku) are fine. I also get the white screen when
    trying to play the 'Solitaire World Tour Event' today.

    commerical does not play. White screen only, can't play game

    I also have the problem. Today I was able to play 28 out of the 30 solitaire games. The last two had the ads that would not load. On the others if white screen then I would go to the next game and play ad then go back to one with
    white screen and it would work. So annoying.

    I find this white screen to be rather frustrating. I don't mind the ads. I am not paying to get rid of them, but I do want to play some solitaire games sometimes and the white screen issue keeps me from doing this. I have a brand new windows 10 system.
    Top of the line Dell. I expect this to be fixed.
