White Screen Freeze

When I get back to the crawler the first time, she pulls out the sphere and then the screen goes white. I hear the music but nothing happens I have left this open for an hour or more with no change.

I have checked and have the latest driver for my vid card.

I lowered the levels on my video card.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, play a new profile

I meet at least the min requirements

I find it odd that the game played flawlessly for the 30 min free trial, then once I give over my NON REFUNDABLE money, it no longer works. Seems like a real coinkidink to me, "wink wink nudge nudge"

Campaign Freezing at Karma load

Has this been fixed?

I just got as far as Karma, and originally it'd freeze on the 'press A to skip' on the video screen or freeze on a black screen if I let the video play out.

I've installed to HDD now and I get a white screen freeze now :-(

Any ideas?

 

Microsoft Jigsaw Befritzed

MS Jigsaw freezes when blank (either black or white) ad box is displayed for a week or so. The entire screen freezes, can only go to task box to close it.

I checked for updates and none are available.

 

My video card is also up to date as well as my windows version.

Win 10 OS build 14393.693 64bit

amd-fx 4130 quad core processor 3.8 ghz

8 gb ram

amd radeon HD 6670 video card

 

tried the trouble shooter said that cache and store files may be corrupt. clicked on fix the problem, but it could not fix it.

 

You may reset the ReCore app that may help resolve your concern. It will reset all data saved by the game on your Windows 10 device. Here are the steps:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Select System.
3. Select Apps & features.
4. Look for ReCore and click it.
5. Upon clicking the app entry, click the Advanced options link.
   
6. Click the Reset button and then click the Reset button again upon seeing the confirmation dialog. After its completion, a check mark is displayed next to the Reset button. Access the game this time and check if it works.
