    What gives keep trying but as soon as ad starts system crashes. Is this a ploy to get us all to upgrade? Why no communication??

    Microsoft Solitare Collection Daily Challenges

    Having the same problem reported by another. Trying to play the daily challenges and the screen goes white and never recovers. I have tried the items mentioned in support, restarted machine, cleared cached and browsing history, but the screen is still going
    white. Is there something going on with the Solitare Daily Challenges??

    microsoft solitaire daily challenges not loading ads, freezes on a white screen and never progresses to the games. What can I do?

    White Screen on daily challenges Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    I fixed the issue which has to do with Windows Defender. You need to turn off the App & browser control. I re-downloaded and it worked so I hope this helps you and anyone else having the white screen issue when you click into one of the games in daily
    challenges.

    Today keep on getting the white screen when selecting a game on the daily challenges, and also get it on mah-jong which has been happening for the past two days. All other games (Jigsaw; Minesweeper and Sudoku) are fine. I also get the white screen when
    trying to play the 'Solitaire World Tour Event' today.

    I have the exact same problem:

    My Solitaire Collection worked fine until a few days ago. The main screen loads okay and I can play the regular games from the top row. When I select a Daily Challenge or an Event, the next screen shows okay too. But when I select an actual game from either
    place, after getting a "Loading" icon, a blank screen is displayed with "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" displayed in small font at the top left of the screen. And that's it. Note that when I try to do the same thing from the online game - http://zone.msn.com/en/mssolitairecollection/default.htm?intgid=hp_card_1,
    I get a similar problem. In this case though, I get a loading screen that just hangs there. My laptop is about a month old and it came loaded with WIN 10, including the Solitaire Collection. I've loaded a lot of software that I had previously on my old laptop.
    The last thing I remember loading ( a couple of days before this problem surfaced) was MS Digital Image Pro 7. One other thing of note, I've also just started getting a message about whether I want to load WkUFind.exe every time I restart the laptop.

    Hopefully, someone out there can lead me in the right direction so that I can once again play my Solitaire games.

    Hope we can get someone to help us.

    Problem with advertisement videos in Daily Challenges June 23....

    I have the same problem. Going to daily challenge, click on a game, and I don't see the advertisement at all - it's just goes blank/all white.
