White screen can't login to my xbox account

I never had this problem in my life. I am trying to login to my xbox, as soon as i press my avatar I get a white bar on my screen. I can't log in I can't do anything. I deleted my account before and added it back and also restarted/rebooted my xbox. nothing works but on other microsoft accounts I manage to log in normally, except my own account keeps getting blocked by a white screen.
