White Screen between games

Discus and support White Screen between games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Trying to play the event and after 3 games it gives me a white screen where the advertising is suppose to play and then I have to stop playing.     Trying to play the event and after 3 games it gives me a white screen where the advertising is suppose to play and then I have to stop playing. Fix Please!

    White Screen between scene transitions and between cinematic/game play modes.

    I usually have these nearly all white super birght transition screens while saving or loading. Only 2 or 3 times did it appear to black, which I would definitely prefer. The white screen is too intense and strains the eyes to adjust back to the game when
    gone.

    Someone please tell me that this is not "as designed" and is actually a bug that I hope will be fixed.

    Am I alone with this problem?

    Today keep on getting the white screen when selecting a game on the daily challenges, and also get it on mah-jong which has been happening for the past two days. All other games (Jigsaw; Minesweeper and Sudoku) are fine. I also get the white screen when
    trying to play the 'Solitaire World Tour Event' today.

    Is it just me.........

    I always play extremely baked and in the dark and when it does that really bright flash of white when the game ends or a switch between screens, it hurts my eyes like crazy. Not to mention turning a corner in metro to find someone right infront of you with
    a spotlight attached to their weapon.

    I have been having the same problem for a couple of days. On Friday and Saturday, I was able to get past the issues by playing different games. Neither rebooting nor updates my Windows has solved the problem for me today. I thought maybe if I just waited
    long enough something might load, but after 3 hours of letting my computer sit, I had the same white screen with no apparent change. I am unable to play any of the Microsoft Solitaire games today.

    Not sure what it is going to take to solve this problem.

    Good Evening

    I'm not able to play Microsoft Solitarie Collection, I'm not VIP gamer, so, I have to watch Ads, but since 2 weeks ago when I open the game and I have to watch the Ads it just appear a white screen afterwards the game close, so I can't play it. I reset
    the game and nothing happened, Uninstalled it and installed again and nothing. What else may I do?

    I was having this same issue.... another solitaire user posted a "fix" Lord knows Microsoft has ignored it for a month now!!!!

    If you go into your settings on your computer, find your apps (mine was in the systems folder labeled "apps & features") find the solitaire app and click on it, you will see the reset tab, click it. when you log back in it will ask you if you have used this
    PC to play before, click yes, and it will load your profile..... all of my progress for daily challenges was saved however I lost all of my star club progress... it did fix the white screen though
