white screen and no ad

    white screen and no ad


    when i go into sol cards, either single or event, and the ad starts; that's the end, white screen, no ad, no ability to do anything other than x out or end task. been this way for 4 days? come on microsoft, fix this glitch!!! The mahjong tiles games and
    ads still work, but i dont like them much.

    Ads stopping play on 7/1/2017 Solitire world tour

    I was only able to play 5 games on 7-1-2017 solitire world tour.

    The play would start to go to a ad, stop on a total white screen and freeze on 25 of the 30 games. No matter how long I waited, the white screen would not go away. It would never continue to the ad.

    I would have to close the screen and start over again. Rebooting did not help. Of the 5 that I was able to play, 3 started normally, 2 I keep going back into and it would final go thru the white screen to the ad, then to the game.

    White screen, then game quits

    Used to be, when an ad loaded, the screen would go black for a second, then the ad would start. Now, the screen goes white, and the game just quits. Not every ad, and since I never see it, I can't tell you which one is doing it.

    Windows 10 Pro. Avast (on or off makes no difference), Malware Anti-exploit (on or off makes no difference), Windows firewall (on or off makes no difference).

    commerical does not play. White screen only, can't play game

    I also have the problem. Today I was able to play 28 out of the 30 solitaire games. The last two had the ads that would not load. On the others if white screen then I would go to the next game and play ad then go back to one with
    white screen and it would work. So annoying.

    Hey Microsoft, I have payed for Xbox live for 7 years, my screen should not be cluttered with adds!

    I never really though the ads were all that bad. You might see one or two 'non-xbox' ads on the screen at a time, but I'd hardly say they take up the whole dash. It's like when people were comparing the 'white' themes of the NXE dashboard to the
    white of a flashbang grenade. Just slight exaggerations.

    Problem with Microsoft Solitaire, white screen

    I find this white screen to be rather frustrating. I don't mind the ads. I am not paying to get rid of them, but I do want to play some solitaire games sometimes and the white screen issue keeps me from doing this. I have a brand new windows 10 system.
    Top of the line Dell. I expect this to be fixed.

    Having the same problem. I can not use the program at all. Everytime an ad loads there is a white screen and nothing happends. Please let me know if you find a solution.

    What's wrong with Microsoft Solitaire??????

    Does anyone ever do anything about these issues? I tried re-loading several times and then restarted my computer. That finally got the ads working again - thank goodness : )

    The real issue is that during the MSC Event, the timer started when I first got the white screen and added an extra 18 minutes to my time (once I got back in).

    So, we should leave the white screen open and eventually the game will be visible for playing? I have the same problem since Tuesday.
