White Night not playable

Discus and support White Night not playable in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought and installed White Night as soon as it was released.     White Night not playable


    I bought and installed White Night as soon as it was released. Today I went to play it and could not get the game to start. I got through the "Press A to Start" screen, pressed A and then just had a black screen. After waiting for something to happen
    I did the usual "button pressing" on the controller to see if it was waiting for my input to move on with the game. Nothing happened. Pressing the home button worked to send me back to the Home screen, so I know the controller was working.

    I then uninstalled the game, and then re-downloaded and reinstalled the game. However there was no change. I got to the Press A to Start screen, press A and then a black screen again.

    Any suggestions or help?

    The game is installed on the Xbox One itself, not an external hard drive, if that makes any difference.

    White Night Clips Not Uploading

    Thanks for confirming this, xSCARFACEx . I would also like to mention that Screenshots are not saving/uploading and I am unable to stream via Twitch.

    White Night Clips Not Uploading

    Hi guys!

    Anybody else having a repeat of Resident Evil with White Night? Can't get any clips to work in Upload Studio, and the clips I record with Game DVR are only local. Just wanted to make Xbox Support aware of this issue and hope it gets fixed soon ^ω^

    White Night not playable

    Sounds like a cache issue. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve the issue for you.

    Sounds like a cache issue. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve the issue for you.
