White circle in the center of my screen 24/7

As for the crosshair,never seen that before. I take it it's not a sticker on your tv?

Only thing I can think of trying is a factory reset on your console.

It isn't something to do with the "Ease of Access" setting is it? I know there is a setting in there that magnifies parts of the screen (you move the pointer on screen with your left stick) possibly something to do with that?

Thank you for responding. No, no error code. Its just a screen that pops up.

the top section of the screen is a grey banner with a red circle and a white x in it, then my sons tagname. Then there is a large central white section which has the message in it. Then there is a green banner at the bottom with OK in it. Then there are
two options below a green circle with A Select and a red circle with B Back.

No huge orange or blue circle right in the center of the screen blocking my view when playing Conquest.

Deleted profile and recovered account and now it doesn't exactly freeze, but it still doesn't load the dashboard. It sits on the screen with the two white circles spinning in the center (where it previously froze), but they just keep spinning. It pops up
and says that I am signed into xbox live and I can use the remote to bring up the guide while the circles are spinning, but it doesn't ever load the dashboard for my account. I left it sit for about 5 minutes with no change.
