while pressing on the xbox live gold free games subscription page xbox cant open the page

2 weeks ago i tryed to download the free games of the xbox live gold subscription page. every time i go to the page with my xbox account the page says "sorry, there was a problemopening this page. please try again in a moment '' . every time i try to go
to the page its saying that plese help me.

i subscribed to xbox live gold in may and its not working for me for two weeks now. i live in israel btw.

pls help me!!

Microsoft Account page under 'Subscriptions'. If that page doesn't show a current Xbox Live Gold subscription, you will need an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to grab the free games with gold. Keep

Bug report - Xbox live gold , store bug

I found a bug in MS store application on xbox

Scenario :

1 Open store menu

2 Open "club" link

Expected : should see games from live gold and Ea access

Actuall: page is shown 3sec there redirected to main menu of Xbox.

Additional information :

I can get free games from www on PC ( my live gold account is active)

I can get games using Xbox via settings > all settings > account > subscription > free games in this month. This page looks different that the buggy one , but provides the same functionality

 

Hello, have you tried downloading the games via the xbox store page on the website?

 

www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold Either try that or go sign into your xbox one and on the home screen you will see an advertisement for gold on the right. Click that advert on the
console's home screen and scroll down you will see the games with gold.

 

every time i click the ad on the xbox home its saying the same thing : "sorry, there was a problemopening this page. please try again in a moment '' i dont know what else can i do

 

another thing , when i log out of my account i can see the page of the live gold subscription . its like my account isnt working with the live gold

 

Try this. Log out of all profiles on the console. Then remove your profile from the console and then perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power
cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile log in to live and let us know if this resolved your issue. Good Luck!!

 

i did what you said but its still not working, i even tryed to check if my account is corupted with the error code but its still wont work after the restart. i did exactly what you said.

 

There are several topics about this. I too have this issue and some of my frieds as well. It does seem MS do not want to fix this as we can DL games via online.

In addition to the above, we're also wanting to dig into why so many users are being affected by this. Can you guys please post back with where you purchased your Gold? It should be either a) a retailer (prepaid code), b) the console, or c) the website.

Hi all!

My issue is resolved ny by Escalation support. Gold subscription was cancelled and then re-newed with a token. Now it works fine.
