    While playing my accounts logs off and the games load the beginning of the story mode


    Hey,

    for a few weeks I have the problem that I play GTA V and then the console says good bye and I get logged off. Then the story mode starts from the begging. Now there is a sync error and when I want to load my game progress it says there is an error with my
    saved game progress.

    What can I do now to get the progress back?

    Account logging off on my Xbox One

    My account would log off while I'm playing WWII in campaign. It would log me out like 5-10 mins into the game.

    what i did is dont plug the portal and dont log in at the beginning. load the game. and should work. then plug the portal and log in

    Sounds like the data is there. While in story mode manually load your game. TO other posters you actually are able to play the game the way he is doing it.

    GTA V online only or can be played offline?

    Gta can be played both offline and online with other players. When the game is loading you will get an option to load into story mode or the online mode, which can also be accessed from the menus in story mode.

    Nope, I'm pretty sure sandbox mode is open straight away, when you go to load a game you choose whether you wanna load story or sandbox, it shares stats/levelling/etc with story mode, so if story gets too tricky you can hop into sandbox to level up a bit
    more and unlock new moves/combo cards, etc.

    Dead Rising keeps kicking me back to the home screen.

    I bought the hard copy, installed it, fired it up and as I start the Story Mode, it just sits at the loading screen for countless minutes. I let it run for 15 minutes of loading before I gave up and turned off the box. Tried it again, same story. Very
    frustrating that I can't play this game.
