    I've been playing Fifa 15 online for few days, but today the game is just unplayable. Every time I get to half time or pause the game I get kicked out and an error shows saying something like 'Unable to update your information online.' Would this problem
    related to my console, the EA Sports servers or Xbox live?

    Keep getting disconnected from live every 5-10 minutes.

    Just disconnected in a game of fifa at half time please can i get any other solutions?

    Please help - Xbox one disconnect problems

    Hi all - can anybody help me?

    I bought an Xbox One two weeks ago and have struggled to play it through disconnections from servers.

    I have two games, Fifa 15 & Destiny and both are unplayable - I last a couple of minutes playing online in both games before being disconnected from the servers.

    I don't get disconnected from Xbox Live however, just the servers. I went out today and bought an ethernet cable to see if playing wirelessly was the problem but I still get disconnected on both games.

    I'm really not sure what the problem is, if it's my xbox, internet, router?

    I know both games have server issues but I'm fairly sure it's a problem my end & not theirs - my friends can play both games yet I struggle to reach half-time on Fifa or complete a single mission on Destiny.

    If anyone could help I'd be eternally grateful!

    I'm having this problem too. I've been playing for 10-11 hours straight without any problem. I closed the console for 2 & 1/2 hours, then i opened it and that message poped up! Tried everything but nothing happened... For a while,i connected to XBL,played
