While living in UAE will there be any repurcussions while buying from the US game store?

Okay, so here in UAE (United Arab Emirates) everything is overpriced for no reason. I really wanted to buy Odyssey which is on sale right now at 24$ (88 AED) in the US store and is 30$ (110 AED) in the UAE store. So, if I buy the game from the US store
while living in UAE will there be any extra charges or anything? If yes, will those extra charges be more than 6$ (22 AED)?

Games will only work for the region in which you live.

you won't have extra charges, but it's against the rules to buy from another region store.

it is officially unsupported to purchase items from a different region, which means that it can result in all kinds of issues.

Like a game not working or not being able to download it etc.

Since your region is supported (as seen on
https://www.xbox.com/live/countries) I suggest using your own region, to prevent any issues and be able to get support, when something is not working properly.

My region is now UAE and some of the games are available now.

Questions:

1. The price of the games are denominated in USD, correct? They are not using AED as currency. It's just unbelievable that a $20 game in US costs as much as $110 in UAE site.

2. And can I buy games from UK (and other PAL countries) sites and download them in UAE? My region is UAE.

If you buy content from the store while logged into your MS account that content will be available to you on any appropriate machine you use while logged in on that same account. So log in, go to the store, buy the dlc for your game, and it will be available
on your Xbox/PC as appropriate when you log in there.
