    I have problems to buy Nba2k17.Which requires regioni lock?? I have bought games always in xbox live store, once shoots purchase arrangements do not allow.Why to sell Xbox in Estonia if we can`t buy games in Xbox live store ???

    Region locks require you to match your account region as swmutches mentioned there is no region free region your must match your account region to your actual location

    If you don't live in an xbox live region there's is nothing you can do

    I predownloaded Rare Replay and I'm kind of disappointed...

    shouldn't be as nothing outside of the Chinese digital marketplace is region locked.

    Estonia is not a xbox live supported country so you will have issues with digital content.

    Your xbox will still play physical copies of games.

    Retailers are perfectly entitled to sell the xbox one in your country even though it does not have box live.

    If you buy a console from Microsoft directly it does tell you that xbox live is not supported in all counties.

    Buying an Imported Media.

    Remeber some games require certain region dlc like a us blackops will only support English dlc which may not be available in your region

    This is true for most region locked games

    Blackops is region free but dlc is restricted by language and region

    That's the risk you take when you buy disks from outside your region

    You run the risk the codes won't work or promotions are not valid in the region you are in

    And yes there are examples of codes not working like region locked content like gears and halo which require your account region to match your actual region

    This is true for deluxe versions with seasons pass where the dlc is region locked

    Problem with Xbox Live Marketplace

    Luxemburg is not a Live supported region. You will not be able to get any region locked content due to that. The Black Ops content is region locked and you do not meet the necessary requirements to get it. In order to get it you would need to physically
    be in FRANCE.



    Once an account is created the region can not be changed unless you live in one of the nine newly added regions, which you do not.

    The regional lock is required for rights of games ect. There is different rules and regulations in different areas of the world so that is why there is region locks on things.
