Which Replacement Part do I buy????

So I bought a second hand xbox one a few years ago, I have loved it and used it most days, but the xbox will not pair to a controller. I know there is no problems with the button, as the sound plays whenever I press it. And occasionally, it will turn the console off entirely! I have taken the xbox apart a few times, and a couple times when i did that, the sync button worked exactly how it was supposed to (this is the first ever time this has happened to me) and I got very exited and paired the controller, jumped into a game of warzone, only for the controller to disconnect entirely and never connect again, after about ten minutes. So I have narrowed the problem down to two parts, the rf board, and the wifi chip (im 90% sure its the rf board but I would rather check before i make a purchase), and I would like someone else to voice their opinion on what the problem could be.

Hi I t have tried the things you've requested and no luck, trying to get a replacement but it want me to buy parts for the faulty controller not a replacement and whys it want me to buy parts when it's still in warranty

You cannot get them directly from microsoft but there are some repair shops (as microsoft support agent said) around that can sort you out or alternatively you can get spare parts from ebay or other sites.

However as you need basically the entire internals of your console you would be better paying to have it repaired through microsoft if out of warranty or buying a 2nd hand console.

Thanks for bringing your question to the forums. Unfortunately there is no way to buy the internal parts separately from Microsoft. Is the console under warranty, you may get it repaired that way if it is. Also if not in warranty you can try some third party
repair shops to try get it repaired. You can check if it in warranty at
Device support. An out of warranty repair may be cheaper also then buying a new one.
