  2. Syncing data!

Hey, W0LVERINE - Can you tell me *specifically* which games are being affected. When you say "all games", the investigating teams will assume that you own every game on the Xbox One platform. We need to make sure that they understand the exact issue. I also
need all of the information from the detailed statistics. Thanks!

    Syncing data!

hi guys, I want to add me 2 pence to the problem

I have been having the same issues, are you all having issues with speed of downloads too? because I am.

I have even bought a new router and had Sky my ISP work on my connection for 2 hours and we could not find any problem what so ever.

The only work around I have found is to connect the xbox wirelessly to my mobile phone using hotspot and then the sync normally downloads in about 10 seconds. the only downside to this is that factory resetting my XBOX and installing all my save games has
now put me over my monthly allowance on my mobile and will cost me £6.99 now.

If you really want 1 or 2 games I would recommend using your mobile, if you are trying to install them all, don't.

XBOX Support want me to send my XBOX One to them at a charge of £89 to find the problem.

Unless you had it backed up somewhere else, there is no way to recover it.

why does my controller suddenly not work while plugged in on my pc?

Hi Ryan. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

What controller are you using? Have you double checked that the cables you're using are data cable and not charging cables? It's a common mistake as these cables look the same, but a charging cable does not have the ability to transmit data required for controller functionality. You can check a cable's packaging or product listing to see if it's a data cable or not.

    > also why does a controller without bluetooth have a sync button?

If you're using an older Xbox controller, such as the original Xbox One controller, they do not have Bluetooth but Xbox Wireless, which is used for wireless connectivity between the controller and an Xbox console or a Wireless adapter for Windows PCs.

    Thanks,
    Kyle

Re syncing lost worlds In Minecraft

    Hi Litt1e Lettuce,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

Syncing data to the Xbox Live cloud storage is a automatic process which syncs data to the cloud to back up the data, and then would only re-sync back to the console if the local saved data has been removed or deleted from the console's hard drive, assuming
you are playing on Xbox One.

On Xbox One, there is a way to clear local saved data, restart your Xbox, and upon staring a game, the data is re-synced from the cloud. One Windows 10, you will need to re-install the game.

Please let us know what edition and what platform you play on.

Is there a way to back up a xbox one save game file NOT on cloud?

You'll get a message that says 'Which one you want to use' you get this message when your console has newer or different locally saved data than what’s saved in the cloud, usually after you play offline. You’ll be given the choice of which saved data to
use, the locally saved or the cloud saved version (and you’ll be notified which is newer). Pick the “save” you want to use and continue.

So you can, play online for starting the save but you can play, offline and as soon as you re-connect, to the internet and launch the game you'll see the message while it syncs.

    KINECT WHY ALL THE HATE?

They are making terrible mistakes by trying to force there customers to purchase/pay extra for a product they dont want bundled in with somthing else customers do want param1. + it will be used for data mining. If you actualy trust the company to NOT
do that illegal or not .....then you need your head examined.
