    Thank you, Mister Cizl, for your kind reply. You may call me "old and confused, for I do not know which "main menu" I am to access--the one for Microsoft? the one for Wordament? the one for Xbox? Please give me a specific URL to go to where I can see
    this main menu, as it should then be a snap to follow your instructions.

    Green screen of death, fix did NOT work

    Yes I am aware of that mister cizl, I want Microsoft to pay to fix my console. I will not spend another dollar on their garbage. Make it right Mr cizl

    Xbox One Media Remote Issues

    Everything else is operating as desired Mr Cizl. I've even held the remote 1 metre away from the front of the Xbox One and still no luck. All was working fine before the newest console update Which Main Menu? (Mr, Cizl) :(

    AC/DC Track Pack Import Issue - Rock Band 4 on Xbox One

    I wanted to update this post. Mr Cizl was my first contact in Xbox support but this issue was then sent to a Mister Quimby in Xbox support. Mr Quimbly is who forwarded a pre-paid code in a private message for the AC/DC track pack once it was verified that
